Mother Nurtured is a garden for mothers and women walking the wild, layered path of matrescence. In today’s world where speed, isolation, and disconnection often drown out our inner knowing, we gather together in virtual sacred circle to remember a different way.
Here, we slow down, we root into the wisdom of our bodies, our intuition, and our ancestors. We let the earth guide us back into rhythm, nourishment, and connection.

This is a space to be held and honored in the full spectrum of motherhood, from the beauty and magic, the overwhelm and shadow. Through guided Mother Circles and Courses, and hand-made Botanical Offerings, I weave together Functional Medicine, Herbalism, and ancestral earth-based mothering.

Here around the hearth we come together as we are, in all our layers, radiance and imperfections, and grow together this vital ecosystem of our hearts, families, and our future. Through Earthwise Mother Seasonal Circles I invite you home to your deepest self through a journey weaving a nourished, ancestral and earth connected way of mothering, for you, your family, your community, and the living world that holds us all.

Part-course and part-circle you will be guided through Spring, in ways to nourish you deeply and bloom into your deep longings as a vibrant mother in today’s fast-paced aching world. Each month we connect over two live wisdom calls and connect as mothers, at your pace you journey through this beautiful and potent guidebook which includes:

Earthwise Mother Circles

Part course, part circle each 3-month held container invites you around our virtual hearth with fellow mothers, guided by the wisdom of the earth to nourish, hold, inspire and tend your mothering journey deeply. Through the archetypes of Maiden, Mother, Mage, and Matriarch, we walk the wheel of the year together, inviting the landscape around us to mirror the landscape of our journeys within. This deep, heartfelt and intuitive provoking journey weaves poignant reflections, rituals and somatic practices, herbal wisdom and recipes, nature-based crafts, and ancestral ways and celebrations, all woven within sacred space for honest sharing and communal tending.

You will emerge feeling more deeply nourished and embodied as a mother in these times, rooted in your own intuitive wisdom and the guidance of the earth. You’ll feel more connected to your ancestral threads, more resourced by your botanical allies through healing recipes and creations, and inspired by weaving a more reverent and meaningful family culture with rituals, crafts and celebrations that honor what you hold dear.

The season of innocence, budding and blooming creations and the ecstatic dance of fertility and youth. A time for moving winter’s stagnation, invoking the beauty of bitter for clarity, and the sowing seeds of hope for a bountiful harvest and abundance of beauty.

Honor your fullness, the soft yet powerful embodiment of the life-giver. In these longer fuller days of sun and warmth we embody vibrancy, play, and more outward energies. This is the season of a flourishing garden and wholehearted living and tending. How do we tend to ourselves so that we do not burn out, but radiate in our fullness?

Gently draw inward with the falling leaves. Weave threads of ancestral wisdom, tend your nervous system, and root into ritual and tend to the altar of your heart and lineage. This is a season for gathering what sustains the threads of our deep nourishment and releasing what no longer serves.
